This page describes what this website does with your information. It is written to be accurate about the site as it is built today, not to describe a data operation we don’t run.
Who we are
This site is operated by Runset LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as Runset. We build websites with booking automation for US businesses, and deliver scoped AI consulting for software firms. Runset LLC is the data controller for the information described below.

What this site collects
- Counts of page visits. We use Cloudflare, which measures visits without cookies and without following you across other sites. It records the page, the referrer and rough country, never an identity. Nothing is stored in your browser by us, which is why this site has no cookie banner.
- What you type into the contact form. Your name, email address, the line of work you selected and your message. We use it to reply to you and to scope the work you asked about.
- Ordinary server logs. Our hosting provider records requests, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not build profiles from them.
Fonts
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when the page loads. If we later self-host the fonts, this section will say so.
The booking calendar
Booking runs on Cal.com. Their calendar is not loaded with the page: nothing is requested from Cal.com until you click a booking link, and if you never click one, your visit never touches them. When you do click, your browser loads their calendar and Cal.com sets a cookie of their own on their domain to tell real visitors from bots. If you then book, the name, email and any notes you enter go to Cal.com so the appointment can be made, and the booking is written to our calendar.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider, the service that carries contact-form submissions to us, and Cal.com, in each case only for what is described above. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become work are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence tied to a signed engagement is kept for as long as the business record requires.
Your choices
Ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will. Write to [email protected] or use the contact form, both reach the same people.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change is material, new analytics, a new processor, we will say what changed rather than quietly re-date the page.
